How to Find The Energy and Will to Train After Work

That way, you’re more likely to be consistent with your gym sessions. In contrast, stopping by your home to rest, shower, and eat some food can leave you feeling lazy and unmotivated to dress for the gym, go out, and drive there.

 

You must also be clear on what you’ll do each time you’re at the gym. Having a plan is beneficial for two reasons. First, you know what you’ll be doing, making you more motivated and likely to go.
